If you've never tried Into the Radius, which is essentially STALKER in VR, then you have to give it a try. Similar gameplay to Convergence but a bit more polished.
The reason the game was released so fast, the developer had said that if he couldn't get money, he was going to have to get a job and his career in gaming would probably slow down, and he wouldn't be able to update or create the games as fast and this is all because they took down his game paradox of hope which just because it looks like Metro doesn't give them the right to take it down, he claimed he didn't use any assets from their game.and stalcraft is basically stalker in block form,and somehow that game is still alive, I'm pretty certain they had seen competition with him since they were making a VR game if you didn't know that Metro VR supposed to come out this year.
I agree, just a quick correction STALKER license was kinda given out to the community thats why there is so many spin offs and modpacks, they were given the go ahead from the devlopers but yea looking like Metro is not enough to take it down. They probably did this becasue of Metro VR coming out
Not saying the takedown was necessarily okay, but having played the Metro games, a lot of the elements I saw here look basically the same. The revolver with the beefy suppressor, the open cartridge view style magazines (granted, that's very general), the medpacks are basically one to one, the tunnel design from the gameplay footage still from the old game is basically a one to one remake with a few of the girders changed. I also think it's a shame it was taken down but it is fair to say the similarities went well beyond just looking similar. EDIT: the weapon workbench is also basically the same
I think he did this a month or 2 ago. Would love to see more though. Love VTOL. New dynamic weather/lighting on the public test make the game beautiful.

Also, the developer answered a question I asked on the Steam forums within a few hours. Just be aware that if you get this game, you're supporting in-progress development, not getting an already-finished product. If you're after the latter, give _Into the Radius_ a look.
Pavlov Shack VR has a fan made mod called Resurgence which is an extraction mode made within Pavlov, there's an entire discord dedicated to it along with 10 servers on the server list in game, it's not as extensive as some others but it's pretty cool and it gets regular updates (they just added prestiges). Then there's all the other modded maps and guns people have made which I haven't even got into👌
Lol that garage bit is a straight copy paste from Tarkov and with how they've been so salty lately I wouldn't be surprised if they come after him for that next
@@shmobbin6501 I have a couple times. I definitely felt a bit dizzy and nauseous the very first time I tried it. After a few tries to adjust, I'm good now. The best one I tried was the Meta Quest 3. One thing I didn't like was there was a very noticeable gap on my nose that let in light. I have a PS5 and I know about the VR component, but I've never got to try it out.
Motion sickness sucks at first but you stop feeling sick after enough vr experience. Just take it a hour at a time at first you’ll ease into it and be able to play for 10 hours straight without getting sick in no time. Gotta get your vr legs

Yep I've just got into VR with a Quest 3, and Into the Radius (the inspiration for this game) has been my favorite game so far.

I like this extraction shooter because it is offline singeplayer. I just don't have the temperament for the only pvp online of *Ghosts of Tabor* .

I have a VR headset, and I play it basically every day. I play H3VR, Pavlov, Contractors, and heavily modded Skyrim VR.
