The videos where she appears are my favorite!
Hi, I was hoping you could answer a question for me: I was able to buy an assortment of the large decorating tips, such as 1F, 2D, etc. but the tip case I have fits standard size tips, not large. What do you recommend I use to store these tips in my decorator caddy?
We would recommend storing in the larger decorating caddy! You could use fabric strips or bubble wrap to cushion them if you'd like.
This doesn’t have nothing to deal with this video but I have a question is there a reason why my cake is bleeding or have a different tint on the edge of my cake? Like the color is rusty. I dyed the buttercream a pink and I put it in the fridge and took it out and decorated it. My friend thinks I added too much milk when I made my butter cream. Why is that? Can someone respond? Please
Colors get darker after sitting hours or a day
Thanks for watching, can you clarify? Did you pipe a decoration and the color is bleeding onto the iced surface, or is the iced surface itself bleeding?
How to store butter cream?
Hi! You can place it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can also place it in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 6 months. Here's a video explaining how to store leftover buttercream: czcams.com/video/CmIxK-joO9Y/video.html

How can we make icing not too sweet I tried your recipe but it was so sweet that we can't eat it on the cake please give me some tips that I can make it again. Thanks for your attention 🙂
If you find that this recipe is too sweet, consider using a pinch of salt, which will help cut the sweetness. Let the pinch of salt dissolve in your liquid to avoid granules of salt in the buttercream. Try substituting some of the butter in the recipe with salted butter.
Wilton I tried this too but it doesn't work the icing was still so sweet I don't understand I made all what you told me to do in the video thank you again for your attention 👍
We suggest you try our Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe: bit.ly/2uydV5A
Swiss meringue is delicious and not too sweet, but it's heat sensitive (it can wilt and melt in a very hot room), and it's not always ideal for piping decorations with a lot of details. Give it a try and see if this works for you. Please make sure to subscribe to our channel so you don't miss recipes like this!
