    Great tips about piping slowly and holding the tip in the air, not touching the petals already piped. Thank you!

    Oh, thank you baby Jesus! 😅 I have been searching high and low to find out how to do a similar stripe for icing ever since I first saw it on the British Bake Off show on BBC. I assumed it had something to do with putting different amounts of color in the piping bag but was hoping to get some professional guidance. And here it is. 🌺🏅

    Questions so happy I found your channel I’m on a cupcake journey you mentioned to freeze them right away. Do you suggest overnight and then frost them the next day I plan to give them as gifts after selling a property if they’re frozen how long does it take for them to thaw out for people to eat them.
    I love that you said they keep their moisture and that’s what I kind of noticed with the cakes. I bake them. I wrap them. I put them in the refrigerator and I frost them a day or two later and they feel very dense so my brother was like whatever you do don’t put the cupcakes in the refrigerator . lol

    Question:
    Before you freeze the cupcake... you put a film of frosting on it... or just freeze the cupcake and then later put the film of frosting on top of the cupcake... so if I make a mistake, I can "SHAKE" the Rose off back into the bowl.

I need to take these on the road to our destinations and would love to be able to frost them the day of the party - we're arriving a week ahead of time. I have question I have to make close to hundred cupcakes and thinking for M1 or 2D both from wilton three tone butter cream and decorations with three tone pearls
    So do have to change butter cream piping bag each time or I can use food cover wrap cling film as soon that finished I can Re-insert butter cream in cling film so I don’t have waist more the one or two piping bag

    • @joycegallowayparker9652
      @joycegallowayparker9652 Před 3 lety +5

      You want your buttercream to be a medium consistency - not too stiff and not too soft. And make sure your piping tip isn't clogged up, because that can cause it to come out in thin ribbons, too. Also, don't let your buttercream be too cold or too warm. If it's too cold, it won't pipe well, because it will be too stiff. And if it's too warm, it won't hold its shape well.
