When her damaged art is showing, all damaged is cut in half, and enemy units two spaces away can only attack her. Also, enemy units canât help but think if sheâs actually enjoying the pain.

Ice Mirror was a good concept but it rarely ever does over 7 damage for me.
I've noticed that. To get the most out of it, you have to put her in pretty risky situations. It's kinda like Vengeance and Reprisal in that sense.
Celica is Best waifu it's because it's only 30% of damage is reduced which means even if somebody deals 60 damage and she (somehow) survives, she would only deal 18 more damage lol
Chris Awesome she'd actually do 23 due to shield pulse. But I agree that her base kit is very underwhelming. Maybe if it was something special like melee and ranged attacks but it's just too situational. I've had times where the only ranged unit would be a green mage named Nino, and fjorm can't do jack against a boosted nino.
If it worked with non-ranged attacks, it would be better.

Deathstar 699 But there is basically no difference between the Keen Gronnwolf and the old one, just different Mt. Same with the armor killing weapons and killing and slaying weapons.
CrazyE Uhhh there is, from what I know the effective against multiplier could be bigger and when refined they ignore buffs or something along those lines the gamepedia gives vague descriptions thats why I want pheonix to have a look at them
Deathstar 699 yeah, both of those weapons function like Divine Naga, but just against enemies that take effective damage (ridersbane, wolf tomes with cavalries), so it's like Beorc's blessing and Mulagir effect. Every buff from skills like rally and fortify (the bonuses that make the stats blue) will be cancelled during combat

How'd you get Leo and B!Ike? They're not in the banner, did you get them from another banner? Or are you confusing them with others
Calvin Khuat I guess I just got super lucky. On my previous account I got Leo too, but I spent around 80 orbs on the banner, and my percent was really high. I started summoning on summoner support and B!Ike just appeared and I went crazy. When I got Leo I just couldn't be more surprised đ

Iceberg / Glacies is definitely the way to go for Fjorm. Ice Mirror can be totally nonexistent if the other team has no ranged units. It's also trash with her set because her def and res is high and will not receive a lot of damage to increase her Ice Mirror damage, on top of Shield Pulse 3 negating 5 more damage.
Miliannai Yes but he explained that the damage negated by sheild pulse is added on to her special's damage and it stacks with deflect magic/missle as well it just doesnt work with distant defense so if you gonna rely on water mirror you need to focus on negation and not stats quite simple

im assuming you mean ice mirror. haha nice, the special is only situational, but it does come in handy when you are in arena facing reindaddys. too bad it doesnt help against bow lyn.

I've just thought of this, but a Quick Riposte 3 Seal would be great on Fjorm. Granted, it would be good on any units with a Distant Counter weapon.
Even if a seal for that never comes out (which I doubt), Steady Breath would mean every attack to her would charge up Ice Mirror which, with Deflect Magic 3 And Shield Pulse 3 will allow her to entirely nullify Reinhardt's second hit and deal that damage back. Although, you would be using up a B!Ike for that.
steady breath seal won't happen.
Stance skills maybe, but definitely not breath because that is technically an upgraded skill
Bingogogo721 Sorry, poor phrasing. I was referring to just using Steady Breath, nit making it a seal. I was just saying "Even if they donât make a QR Seal (which I doubt)"
he has deflect magic 3 added; the seal he was mentioning was for QR.
Too late, I already used a BIke and I dont regret it. My Fjorm has Steady Breath(for obvious reasons), Quick Riposte for them follow ups and Speed Ploy cuz I didn't know what to put in her C slot. I also gave her Aether, why you might ask, well thanks to Steady Breath and QuickRiposte I have Aether most of the time and it keeps her fueled up for more follow ups and makes her very low maintenance.
The units are getting so much good skills that they could release seals for all the S Teir Skills and the game would not break. Especially, now with the Defensive power creep.
I would go crazy if they released a DC/CC Seal. I would use DC on Ayra and Lyn with the new upgrades and Vantage. CC Seal would got to one of my Armored Halloween Units or Male Robin. :)

Well, that's her niche (BLyn aside she also does well against archers). Outside of it though, she's a pretty solid all-rounder Lance unit as well. She will hold her own against most sword and lance units. She's only not top-tier do to more recent power-creep.
I like How IS screwed us over with the Legendary Banner, but the Free units are getting better.
Fjorm can be run Nuetral or with these nice sets. I like the LnD set.
Not true. She can tank red swords no problem with a close def atk/def bond 3 or even with fury for greater coverage. It's just that Nowi does this already but with an upgraded Lb, she's just better overall.

I really enjoy grinding up this character. She seems really fun to use. Plus her attack animation is awesome.
Hey Pm1, why not Takumi or H Nowi? They can also be good teammates as they can teleport beside her and it'll give Atk/def bond a good use. And since Nowi comes with atk/res bond, they would go hand and hand. Right?

Have you considered life and death 3 as her A ? This greatly increases her damage and the - res and def given by LaD also increase her special damage output

En Seven Fury 3/renewal 3 is a really good set, it's the set I have on my +8 fjorm.
I am not sure what you mean by it but I don't really obsess over fury other being happy when I summon Hinata.
Fury does not synergize with QR, so I didn't recommend it and Atk/Def Bond wins her more matchups with QR.
Pheonixmaster1 that's why I use skills to increase spd such as Spd +3 and threaten spd. It's a mostly defensive set but still a good set to use :/

Now hear me out, my Fjorm is op and carries me through EVERYTHING right now. build is almost exactly the standard build, but with reposition, summoner support and speed+3 seal. her s support is sakura with spur spd, and my other teammates are a unit with drive spd and some other mage. this buffed up fjorm destroys everything, she has effective stats of: 44hp 53atk 45spd 37def and 36res. yes i use this in arena tier 20 and it does wonders, fjorm can tank any unit and counter KO most of them

I'll try out the Life and death set on my Fjorm since she is + Atk/- Res, plus it looks like a fun set to use.
I wonder what will FEH with Roy when they update his weapon... He has the same base offensive spread that Roy (30/31) and a similar bulk (but exchanging Def/Res for HP... and lack of special bst boons for obvious reasons.)
Which IVs do you recommend for Fjorm? I don't think you touched up on this. Some people say that neutral IVs work but others recommend +Atk -HP.

Have you done chain challenge videos? Im have trouble with chapters 7 and 8, and above. Trying to get last min orbs for 8%. Spent over a hundred orbs only got spring xander. Was tryin for fjorn.

Yo Arizonamaster, I pulled an attack boon Hp bane Deirdre from the Fjorm banner and I want to utilize death blow. Would QR still be her best B skill or is there something potentially better?
I got a negative speed fjorm, but thank God I got two from the summoning event and the one from the story she now has a average speed. Then yet again she's a plus on HP and on attack.

You think Phantom Speed is worth enhancing and using on Ayra if keeping Regnal Astra? Also PM1. +2 MT for vantage or +4 def/res for LB++ (A)Tiki?

Im fixing her to be an absolute tank. She has defense stats to rival that of armored units if you give her both close defense and distant defense. Quick riposte works to counter her team and i want to give her defense ploy to help her offenses. Im going to give her iceberg for her special and an assist skill like pivot to put her in front of my units so she can tank their hits. Id team her up with Ayra as my sweeper, Elise for healing and Hector for sheer muscle.
Pulled a second Fjorm (-HP/+Def). Should I use the neutral one? Also, what should I do with the second one then? Sack them for a skill or merge?
I have a beast Fjorm +1 that runs Leiptr, Reposition, Glacies (ice amirite), Atk/Def Bond 3, Quick Riposte 3, Drive Atk 2 and Distant Def 3.

I was wondering about you guy's opinions on the A and B skills for an all dragon team with tiki nowi and fae? I'm thinking QR and fury, but would vantage be better?
My Tiki is +Res -Spd. With Lighthing breath I run Close def skill and distant def seal and QR. With an atk upgrade.
My Fae is a rare case because of SS and merge but I think she can run distant def and QR too.
I not recomend Fury much (Tried with my Tiki and I hated, but with Renewal) Close def+Distant def combo is better

Mega Master Young Tiki may be faster only with +Spd. Mine is -Spd and have 27 Spd. She need QR too and for mixed tank (+Res make her Res and Def equal) she need to be -Spd or -HP if you SS her.
But builds may depend on the nature too because a certain skill/build may work if the character had that spefic Boon or Bane. Like Summer Robin with +Res can be a good mage tank with DC and Berkut's Lance.
Could fury be run if you want to fix her stats?
Once I get enough fodder, Iâll definitely try out an offensive Fjorm and maybe even the Life and Death set s because those look fun to use!

MegaGame63 Fury is a good choice but her losing hp every turn would be a problem for stuff outside of arena plus if you running quick ripose its not a good idea

Great breakdown. Never would have thought of life and death on her, that's an interesting one. For now, I married her to Delthea and she's an absolute beast on enemy phase. Close def seal with ice mirror really strengthens her role as a mixed tank.
Is there ever a good time to inherit her Atk/Def bond or shield pulse? I'm thinking atk/def bond could be good on a bulky mage that would appreciate the extra power, maybe someone like Boey. Shield pulse though, I have no clue...
Daniel A I would say atk/def bond would work best on bait units like Dorcas. Boey doesn't utilize that skill to it's maximum potential since he can't counterattack one range units and wastes his attack boost, uses his resistance stat when hitting mages which makes his defence boost useless, and to hit dagger and bow users a raven triangle adept bow breaker set would be better (albeit pricier). Although the atk/def bond skill does pair nicely with his owl time though

Is there a way to know which sacred seals give you more arena score? I know lvl 3 seals give the most points, but not if every lvl 3 seal gives the same points in arena.
Canât you just use Deflect Magic 3 Sacred Seal yo survive Reinhardt? His first hit will get reduced by 30% and his 2nd by 80% and Shield Pulse also makes it 5 less so I think it would better to run that than Close Def or Attack+3 on a Life and Death set.

Well seeing as how common Reinhardt is, yes.
And against desperation mages
Reinhardt is becoming less of an issue as the meta progresses, so I don't think deflect magic is necessary. But if your team doesn't have a dedicated rein counter I can see why you would run deflect magic.
With desperation mages if they manage to enter desperation range you're probably dead already

Grant Laren I wouldn't use fury on Fjorm. Life and death would be better with the close defense seal so that she can survive melee units and nuke ranged units. At least that's how I'm building my Fjorm.

I actually pulled a -HP/+Res Fjorm in the Legendary Banner. Makes her an even better mage slayer.

Black Knight is one of the best units who can abuse Steady Breath, give it to him!

I'm gonna use her. Using the right build, she can at least be viable in arena. I inherited quick riposte to get her to double the godly units of arena. I'll probably make a team with a bulky red to help her out with the physical greens.

Abel Melchor Run iceberg for to lower cool down. Run quick riposte because her divine Naga eliminates blade tome buffs, so she doesn't really need green tome breaker.
Give her Quick reposte and run Iceberg.

Deirdre is not a very fast unit so a lot of units double her, so lets say they can attack twice.
If you are using Deirdre as a magic bait then the order should be : Ennemy > Deirdre > Ennemy > Deirdre, which means 4 charges of special, thus IF USING GLACIES, it will be active next turn.
So the main issue is "will she kill the ennemy?" , she has a decent amount of atk for a mage 47, so most BLUE mages will die after 2 hits but green units really depends on the situation.
I don't have a Deirdre but i am asking you,
-does she have trouble killing ennemy with quick riposte? if yes, then you better run iceberg since she can proc it as she bait
-If she can ORKO them without the need of a special then you dont need iceberg.
Now about Quick riposte or GTB, it depends of your team composition, if you dont have a green tome check then you should probably run GTB but in my opinion its worse than QR :
-By not using QR you won't be able to win tons of matchup, and she will be "specialized" on taking out green tome unit, and i don't think that is ideal.
-QR is the best ennemy phase skill on any bait unit (the case of Deirdre) so i don't see why you should change that, and on top of that, she is +res so there is not a lot of mages who can ORKO her
So keep Quick riposte unless you often meet a full squad of green mages

I gave my fjorm deflect melee and vantage and now she acts like Green Ike but better due to her having both good rez and defense
