    Its actually almost living on the beach. Hobie beach is like 5 minutes away bicycle ride, literally less than a mile (0.8 miles to be exact).

    Talking about prices being lower than (town)houses in Coconut Grove is all very well, but when you factor in HOA fees your monthly expenses are suddenly going to look much more like a house at a different price range. It would have been pertinent to mention those additional costs.
