The Overland trailer is getting a make over today with a new lithium battery from Vatrer. Also picked up a new trailer box from Princess Auto. these little uprades will make it look better for sure.

Your old NEXPEAK charger was in the wrong "Lithium" mode - switch it to "LiFePO4". I have the exact same one charging 2x 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries. Bottom Blue LED's show what mode you have selected (See 11:47 in video - Mode button right side of screen). It will way out perform the new one you just bought. I love your video's man!

Nice. Shed some weight with the new battery and box, plus it looks good and it will be a bit more difficult to bash it on a rock, tree or dip.

maybe consider a neg. and pos. buss bar so as to not overload your battery terminals, have a good one Jerry.
Way better look of tool box, not an impulse buy, it was necessary. Curious to see how this new battery works. Been thinking of doing one for my camper too

You do you, but imo you missed putting silicone on the toolbox mounting bolts......water will enter thru there.....on the road, or in fording......

Hey Jerry, I had the same problem with low amp charging when i switched to Lithium batteries. Make sure your charge controller support Lithium or it will max out at 2 amps.
My new charger is a dedicated lithium charger I’ll keep you posted when it’s time to charge it up

Much better on the front box. Looks way better for sure. Some crack head will win the lottery with the old one. MFBT 🍺

Hi Jerry, good move on the batteries. Velcro that charger to the wall like you were going to do with a bracket... it will stay. Are you taking the trailer to the Yukon? That longer tool box looked like a knee/ hip knocker (think trailer hitch on a truck, lol). Take care man. Whatup KK?
