This other guy is trash but so you are, you didn't even use your weapon's full moveset when you could've caught and beaten him easily but you just relied on abusing the crouch stab attack that you can just use with any other ultra greatsword...
@@zgau0817 there’s a couple unspoken rules regarding dueling and one of the biggest ones is no heal chugs for meta dueling. Most obvious reason is the asymmetry for flask numbers-host will always have the advantage of more healing vs the duelist. Every dark souls arena (the actual in-game ranked duel modes) actually disable flask heals. Not really about being a sweat, but just a “tradition” and a rule set to keep summoned duels a little more fair and interesting.

He relied on chugging his flask in a duel so i would say crouch poke spam was justified
Why didn't you just offhand the black knife rather than going into your inventory to equip?
its more efficient if you ware fast enough, it also caughts people off guard more since there is no swapping animation
