- The Ancient Roman festival of Saturnalia might have been the OG December festival, originating as far back as 500 BCE. For over a thousand years, Romans from the Kingdom, Republic and Empire would drink and make merry in the name of the Titan Saturn, father of Jupiter.
Emulating a bygone Golden age, slaves would become masters, commoners could become kings, and even soldiers campaigning in the coldest Winters would sit back and enjoy the week.

Can I suggest you look at the current astrological status, as the things you've been speaking about are happening now. Saturn is in the thigh of Aquarius, on the Cusp of Capricorn. Capricorn being Pan, or Satan, or Saturn, Saturnalia. Turns out Xmas is actually Easter, and while the age of Aquarius is about to begin the Phoenician Metonic Calendar, on which all of this is based is 3 days out of sync, as this is the role of a Phoenix, to reset the calendar.
