Well most korean actors/actress where theatre drama actors before.
The training in korea usually includes all aspects of entertainment, acting, singing, comedy and dancing (though the older generations probably didnt have it) so most of them at least know how to carry a tune, even if they're not pro singer level. A lot of them also started from the stage, especially musical stage, before doing screen acting.

i was crying watching this, i am a fresh grad and lost my first job as i am not effective for their company, i am having a hard time. but the speech from the very beginning got me. seeing old people singing and striving i started to question myself why am i already giving up. they have gone through so much and i'm sure it's never been an easy journey yet look at them.
so to whoever reading this and experiencing the same problem as mine or whatever problems you have, we all can do it. be yourself, you are the melody and lyrics of your own song of life.

My heart is so moved it’s beyond words. I recognize, and love, so many of these fine actors. Just know you reached into the center of the US and made this 60 year old American heart hum with joy. An incredible sharing of our humanity. I could not understand a word but that does not matter one bit. It’s been just over a year that I fell in love with Korean dramas through Netflix, and then Viki. Vincenzo started it all and now 95% of my tv time goes to k-dramas. I’m always delighted to see these particular performers show their talents on my TV. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this incredible performance!

Lovely rendition with many a familiar face including music director Kim moon Jeong. Can I say I think it’s a bit better in Korean? I had the good fortune to get to live there 24 yrs ago, with a lovely host family. Some of these faces on the stage here I was familiar with then. I got a sneak preview as it were to the wonderful talents that are Korean musicians and storytellers. I love they are much easier to see now with streaming and such.
