I was so bothered that they stayed hostile even after i set their leader free.
There's a neat mod on Nexusmods that patches that and even adds friendly dialog for the Forsworn. Another mod gives you two optional followers, a male and a female. One is a shaman with competent healing a magick casting and the other is a dual wielding melee combat specialist. I think there's a couple quest mods associated with the Forsworn onNexus as well.
The mods I'm talking about are:
Simple Forsworn - SE Port created by Arduunos uploaded by nojyr
The Forsworn Legacy
Created and uploaded by Virido (this one is an older mod from 2012 so it may need a patch or two to work. It's fully voiced with named NPCs and a few faction related lore friendly quests.)
There's also a bunch of outfit and armor mods for Forsworn that are really good as well.
@@FunBunChuck wow, i appreciate you spending the time to name these mods for me. thank you. I guess those mods are more immersive than making serana wear forsworn armor 😅
I'm in my bethesda game dry spell and i'll have to finish my fallout 4 realistic headshots playthrough. But i'm sure i'll get the urge to wake up in skyrim again, like we all do.
@@jeebusmcfries8114 Well, if and when you do, hit up Nexusmods.
I use Vortex mod manager myself. Lots of folks use Mod Organizer 2 though.
What a nice guy naming the mods too. That's what we like to see!

While the Forsworn shouldn't of been kicked out of Markarth, that doesn't mean they can brutalise people and use them for their own rituals. At this point, they should either leave Skyrim for High Rock or become something like orc strongholds, where they keep to themselves.

The Forsworn are essentially an injustice that happened over 600 years ago, if you're holding a grudge against people long since dead, you're just being petty, besides, the women and children were being killed 2 years after Ulfric and his militia were arrested, their blood is on Igmund's hands.
I always defined the Forsworn as, evil deer people!
