Hi, this is a great video and gave me a good overview on sharepoint list.
Can I ask if is there a way to manage row access using a mapping table.
For example:
I have 100 business unit.
I have 5000 rows of data and each rows are tagged to a business unit.
Only reps assigned to the business unit can view the particular row data.
Is there a more efficient way to manage the row access?

never mind I found it, had to go to Site Contents, then Site Settings, then change my Regional Settings to UK as it was still set to USA.
How I can Maintain the backup Of List?
I am interested to have a two copy of list.
List1 is the primary list which which get data enter through Apps, List2 keep on PENDED, take a backup of record having from List1 having List1.DateModified > 1 month.
The intention is to have less volume of record in LIST1
There is no Out of Box way to do this, but if you are using Sharepoint Online then can easily do that with Microsoft Flow. In an on-premises way you have to write code , "event receiver" or something else to do that.

You can’t delete it, but you can essentially hide it from view using one of two methods. Your first option is to rename it and continue to use it as another field. Your second option is to unrequire it and hide it so your users never see it.
