Yes, but not fully but getting there if you don't change your diet. Eliminate wheat, go intermittent fasting, low carbohydrate diet. You will reverse very soon. Your fasting sugar is too high. For a 28 year old your fasting sugar should be 80 or 90 maximum. It is very easy if you follow the doctor when he says do intermittent fasting. Listen to him few times.
