This video features another hard fought game blitz against GM Var Akobian -- / gmvarakobian on lichess.org. After previously losing 4 in a row to Var, I tried to stop the bleeding! The game features a Queen's Gambit met by a Semislav. The opening led to a strategic middlegame which eventually transpired into an intense endgame time scramble. Afterwards, we analyzed the key moments and walked away with several lessons.
