whatever your imagination can come up with probably has some ring of truth to it. black market/dark web, stolen, bought out of state, guns our 'government' gave mexico, someone on hard times sells their guns, inherited, straw purchases, gun shows/flea markets/private sellers, actually bought legitimately.... often when they show pics of the guns recovered, they'll old beaters that likely haven't been properly cleaned in decades and so rickety it's a wonder they shoot at all. but, because there are so many in existence, banning guns is so utterly pointless that all it accomplishes is disarming good people and takes away their only *real* self-defense. ban guns and ppl will just 3D print them, buy kits, or make homemade arms/ghost guns. none of this is lost technology, anyway. you can make a functional shotgun with stuff you buy at lowe's. stricter gun laws invites more criminals and makes their 'job' much easier knowing fewer people are going to oppose them. combine that with catch-and-release policies and prosecuting ppl who defend themselves harder than the criminal they shot and what other possible realistic outcome can you expect?

Being stuck in your patrol vehicle, it’s kind of like being in your own coffin. Be safe out there guys!
