I went to inianapolis recently, and I'm from rhode Island. It's the best bit city ive ever been to. So much better than NYC and DC. It was amazing

Being from the state of Kansas I can confidently say that this "Kansas City Style BBQ" is better that anything that you could find in the state California. It is also mind boggling that you would assume that it is not good, for a state that only really has good sports would you not think that it would be top tier? I hope that one day you get to come to this great state and have the opportunity to taste some of Americas best BBQ and food in general.

But, if I’m going to be honest, there’s probably more enjoyable things to do and see in Northern California than in the south, but that’s coming from someone who prefers the north over the south of California.

It's stupid too. "Flyover state, there's nothing there" is exactly the reason why it shouldn't be F tier. Would rather be in a "boring" state than one with high crime, high cost of living, and insane traffic.
