15:08 deserves the replay. Way to go Ricky!
+Umesh Chaudhari One of the best comeback birdies I've seen
Do yourself a favor and watch this one 'til the end. So worth it.
2:53, announcer goes in for the high five... Haha
Some of the best putting I've seen on a lead card in a while.
Who is here after Kolings mention over Rickys throw in on hole 9 on Jomez 2021 MVP OPEN coverage?
Great camera work this round, especially on that long shot by Ricky on hole 9, got to watch it all the way into the basket.
seriously happy for big jerm.
Nice round. Love this close ones all the way until the end. Great video, thanks for posting these videos McFly.
Love the ending, glad you caught them jumping into the pond :)
Awesome Video!! Really like the end!
Awesome videos as always!
Marty does great job every time. Great quality video as always. #Mcflysohigh .
Looks like a tough spot to play.. I'll have to go there someday....nice win!!
Watched this live on smashboxxtv and decided to watch your angle. Stupid unlucky break for Ricky at the end, I just knew he would smash that putt from the DZ but was shocked when he missed. Congrats to Big Jerm though, he deserves it!
24:23 "it means its not out of bounds" I dont know why this is so funny
what camera were you guys using?
Did they call Feldberg OB when he was closer to the rock wall (under it) than Cam's lie on hole 8?
Hole 9! Wow! Not just Ricky's shot either. The one after was a run for eagle. Geez, well played guys.
30:20 the most non-awkward handshakes in disc golf ever?
why do the players hold on to another disc while putting? is that part of the rules?
No, it is because they feel comfortable putting that way because it is how they practice. Joe Rovere does not putt with a disc in his off hand. Barry Schultz will sometimes have a towel in his offhand. It is all personal preference really.
when ricky threw in his shot on 9 that was for par not a birdie
Wysocki is a polish guy ?
that dude swimmin in the water around 24:00 its ballsy... ive seen a lot of snakes up at maple hill
Oh man, Ricky's approach got smacked down by that wind . That's a shame. Oh well, the wind was a bitch to everybody. Kudos to Koling for fighting to the end and, of course, McFlySoHigh for yet more amazing coverage!
It wasn't the wind. Marty was at the wrong angle to catch how royally Ricky got screwed on that shot. His up skipped into the rear rock wall and then sat up and rolled like 30' to the left OB.
He earns it!
i don't think i've ever seen ricky so upset
1.Paige Pierce is hot
2.Ricky got super bummed out (love him) #nohomo
3.This course is a lot more interesting than most other NT courses.
4.Paige Pierce is hot
With Wysocki's short tee ace on 9 for the birdie...
socki was a putting machine. wow.
that was great, nail biter to the end
Congrats to Big Jerm. If that roll out on Ricky wouldn't of happened then its a different ending.
2:52 best part of the video
Crushzit!
haha..and Steve Dodge laughs out at it.
mm yes awkward fake out
At 15:05 Ricky at his best
#teamprodigy
The other videographer that commentates while in ear shot of the players after every shot would drive me crazy if i was a player
That's Terry Miller. He was live broadcasting this tournament all week over at smashboxxtv here on youtube.
AnimixLA Im not a fan. McFlySoHigh for life
isnt 9 a par 3?
9 is a Par 4.
discgolferfromaz 'par' is good for identifying the difficulty of a hole.. personally, i call everything a 3 because it's easy to add the score up that way. but when i play tournaments, i am trying to develop a realistic goal on each hole. so, if there's a hole where my average amount of strokes would 4 rather than 3, i recognize that and apply it to my decision making during the tournament.
No crowd.. not $40 to park.. tickets aren't sold out.. Man.. the good ole days.. Many many years ag... wait a minute.. 7 years ago .. hehe
