    I do like the long throw of a Warrior X--it looks like it works best for distance and I would have never known this--thank you. It almost makes we want to carry it for distance issues. I may have missed that the Nitecore flashlight has TWO general modes. There is a "regular" mode that has six modes and a "tactical" mode that has FOUR settings. This is (also) a nice feature. Thanks.

    I'm hearing a lot of negativity towards the battery having it's own charging port and not the flashlight. That's a major plus for me. Two batteries and you are good. While one battery is being charged you are still using your flashlight. Sucks when your flashlight is dead and you have to use it to charge your battery. You're still left in the dark.

    The Nitecore puts out 4000 lumens but it's from 4 LEDs. This is why it has the shortest throw range.
    3100 from a single LED is insane so the Fenix wins in brightness.
    I'm not sure how Olight got an even longer throw from 2100 lumens, it must be the reflector

    The TK16v2 has an instant one push strobe facility for emergency defense (just one push on the small button on the back and you're in strobe without even having to switch on). I like the fact that the battery is charged directly, there is no flappy rubber thing on the outside, very clean lines and waterproof. Also the buttons on the end are very intuitive and easy.

    • @GlobalCop
      @GlobalCop Před 2 lety +3

      The fact that the TK-16 V2 doesn't have an external battery charging port is exactly the reason I did buy it. I preferred to remove my batteries and charge them separately. Although I also bought the P20iX and it's my favorite.

      Do you want a rechargeable light that puts out a lot of light, doesn't throw real far, and probably emits a LOT of heat in a small package? NC for the win. If you want a bright light that isn't rechargeable and throws a decent distance with heat but can't be near as much heat as the NC? Fenix wins. I don't wanna chance the Olight due to too many negative reviews. I bought the Fenix. Personal preference I guess, plus I have a lot of Fenix lights. They also have the infamous PD36 in a TAC version now, 3100 lumens I believe, with the rotary switch like the PD40R V2 and a couple others. Personally, I don't like rotary switches.

    Never buy an "OLIGHT!" VERY POORLY MADE PRODUCT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Baldr Pro 1350 Lumen light and laser combo. The light did not work properly. 1350 Lumen would come on, but would immediately go to low lumen mode. Contacted OLIGHT and they told me that it may be the batteries. Put fresh ones in, still not working properly. Used different brands (Duracell, Surefire, Energizer), still does not work properly. I had to send the defective light back to the manufacturer. To add insult to injury, I had to pay shipping cost to have the defective product sent back to them. WTF!! Several weeks later, I got the light back. Still the same problem. I am not going to spend any more money to have this thing fixed. Going to take this as a loss. If one product is crap, high probability that the whole line of products are crap!

    Sooo, I.M.O. the Fenix is superior for these reasons, 1. It's the ONLY light there 💯 made in the USA ( I.M.O. , better quality , the others are from China ). 2. The bezel is MUCH stronger/ better design to break glass, or use as a weapon than the other two. 3. As mentioned by someone else, the TK-16 v2 doesn't have an external port , because external ports ( with a rubber seal can/will fail at some point, have seen it happen). Bonus , while the O'light charging system is more convenient, it is a magnet and will attract all magnetic particles, and if scratched up, can rust. Just things I've learned in my research.
