Incredible No Hassle ColeSlaw

I love coleslaw. It's Crunchy, Tangy, Creamy, a Little Salty, depending how you like it. And best of all it's super simple. Like it comes together in minutes simple. It can be made hours or days before. And it can be kept in the fridge in an air tight container for 3-5 days. Below is the ingredients and amounts per 1 batch.
Slaw mix per 1 Batch. I like to do this mix :
3 Cups of Green Cabbage Shredded.
1-2 Cups of Red Cabbage Shredded.
1 Cup of Carrots Shredded.
4 Green Onions Sliced.
1/4 Cup of Italian Parsley, Rough Chopped.
Dressing per 1 Batch.
1 Cup of Mayo.
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar.
1/4 Tsp Salt and Pepper Each.
1/4 Tsp Paprika.
1/4 Tsp of Celery Seeds.
Half of a Lemon, Squeezed.
1 Tbsp of Sugar OR Honey.
Mix well, Then add to your slaw mix.
Let sit for a few hours or overnight.
Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.

I’m an absolute fanatic when it comes to food. Thank God my wife lives what I make all year round because I spend a lot of money on knives, slicers, grinders, grills, flat tops, smokers… You get the picture🤣

I love coleslaw! I add apple and dried cherries or cranberries (no raisins here because raisins are toxic to small dogs). I also throw in a hand ful or two of sliced almonds or chopped walnuts.
I make our mayonnaise fresh every two weeks or so. I use apple cider vinegar, jam or preserves and honey for sweetness. I think fresh mint would work well. It's so underrated in American cooking.

Thanks for this recipe! I love Cole slaw. I usually buy the packaged kit from the store, in the past I think it was Dole brand which is pretty good. But I like that this will make a bunch to last all week. I do prefer a creamy dressing, not too tart, so I might adjust the ingredients a bit. But will definitely give this a try!
