    Do 3 sets of till failure holds if doing separately and Do 1 set till failure if you are performing it after upper body workouts, 2-3 Days a week will show massive changes in 2-3 months.

    But also mention that 1 hand hang can cause injury ( if the individual is a beginner or not ok for it )
    You should prefer both hands...and add some weights as a progressive overload...

      A beginner won't be able to do it at the first place, only after they can hang with both hands for atleast 30secs it will be possible.

      So in the upcoming videos or somewhere (if u want) you can mention it once...
      Because the beginner is the one who is ready to do anything so...

      Strech marks r the proof of your hard work i have all over my body but if you still want it to remove then there are creams available but make the marks dont turn white apply it when it is still red.
