Guys, you're never gonna believe this... I'm going to start putting my phone across the room from my bed so I have to get out of bed to turn the alarm off...
I never did it before because I think I thought like "Its better if you are able to make yourself get up even if its easy to turn the alarm off".
I'm in a cycle of wanting to be up during the morning and failing every time, then when I finally get up, I insult myself and get annoyed that I don't care enough to get up.
Then after I eat breakfast, I get distracted watching random videos for a couple hours and think "I should start doing that thing I want to do", but then I think "Its been a couple hours since eating, I should eat something so when I start doing the thing I want to do, that I don't get hungry while doing it". Then its late in the day and I think "Its too late, theres barely any time to do anything. Theres no point now". Then I get too mentally stimulated watching videos and playing games and stay up till 4am and the cycle repeats.
