@@amichaels1871 most people dont like them ,even kids reject them outright,that tells me your body is trying to tell you this food is not good for you...and check yourself or people around you will find that unconsciously carrots are always the last thing on a plate.
Carrots are good for beta-carotene, but they are not very high in it.
