I had the same thing happen to me on the byakuya banner. Wanted to summon on it cuz I had him 3/5 already, and I got one more on the very first step. I then summoned 40 times without a single other byakuya. It was painful

This just reminds me of the pain of going to step 17 on the swimsuit banner and only pulling one new swimsuit character (nemu) and a bunch of dupes including getting yoruichi like 7/5.
I had a similar thing with the swimsuit banner pulled 6 times and got Youruichi on every step…
This was exciting and painful to watch 😬😭 Soon as I got 2 dupes of Ichigo, now 4/5, within 6 steps, I bounced

Trick to not burn orbs before anniversary on trap banners is to not have more than 500 orbs. Save orb sources but not the orbs themselves. Save your Senkais, AERs, CQs for 23rd or 22nd.

400 for me. Trick is to not hold more than 500 orbs at once. Keep the orb source but not the orbs themselves.
