I have never met a Thai person who wasn't super polite and a pleasure to be around. Noppon represents himself and his nation extremely well.

Noppon is a credit to the human race. As lovely a man as I have ever had the pleasure to see and listen to. The world of snooker is a better place because he's a part of it. This man is lovely and humble in the extreme and deserves absolutely all the plaudits. A fabulous snooker player as much as he is a human being.
Love this guy.
The match against Higgins in the Scottish, Nappon was outstanding. He was rifling every long shot in and doing big breaks from it. He's a great player.
I will never forget when he kneel down when he reached the crucible the first time, such a gentleman

I love how 6-8 hours is him taking it easy. Such dedication.
I honestly think some snooker players practice too much. I very much doubt top golfers practice for 8-12 hours a day and they have WAY more things to work on with a full bag of clubs etc. Surely roughly four hours a day is enough to keep the technique in good working order? There must be a point in the day where they're just going through the motions. The mental fatigue must add up too...
Not been funny but that’s his job I’m sure most people on here are working 5 8 hour days a week minimum if not more

Absolute salt of the earth is Noppon. He deserves a place at the masters, I for one would love to see it. Even listening to Stephen you could tell he was taking it all in.
Thank you Stephen for having Noppon on the channel. I lived in Europe (from USA) for a while, went home every 6 weeks and was exhausting but with a family you must do it. I would imagine, for Noppon, the grind would be much harder from UK to Thailand given time zones, climate and cultural changes he is always adapting too. Hats off to him and his recent tournament results!

Another great interview!! It must be such a challenge for the Chinese and Thai players to come and play in uk with the media spotlight on them as well. But is also cool that they seem to embrace it. And so good to see the British players loving to go and play in china as well (Ronny seems to enjoy it a lot) so it's working both ways I think

Here we have Noppon, a 31yr old top pro, who practices 8 hours everyday and has managed to make only one final in his whole career. That is not meant as a slight on Noppon, it just highlights the standard at the very top of the game. Scary!!
Yeah, it’s why all the pros were utterly in awe that O’Sullivan took a year off, playing practically no Snooker, and came back and won the World Championship in 2013. I think it was Barry Hawkins who said “The general public don’t know how unbelieavable that was”
