rio's comment here is everything that is wrong with english sport and why we fail constantly. Arguments with your own players is for dickheads. The manager is there to pop people out. Good players take responsibility they shouldn't need to shouted at. That for me is the difference between good players and shit players. Shit players are always the loudest

Wtf u talking about?? So Roy Keane was shit?? And Peter Schmeichel was shit?? Or Carles Puyol?! Patrick Vieira?! No, didnt think so!! They were the loudest players on the pitch and they were all team leaders!! They screamed at their team mates when they werent focusing or messed up and thats why they were so successful!! Nowadays players dont seem to care whether they win, lose or draw because they dont have team mates who bollock them when they screw up!! Shows passion and unfortunately that's very rare these days....

absolute rubbish Mike Beckett!!! It's passion and you don't take it personally!!! Rio would have shouted at times but they would have had a bond the players and I would rather listen to someone talking from experience of winning things at a top club than a nobody like you!!! lol. Cole totally agreed with him. They are winners ya eejit and players get paid enough. The top players thrive on the pressure and the passion. Honestly if you don't know what you're talking about then refrain from saying anything.

+Sam Rogers Vieira was a quiet captain. He led through his action and desire, not through yelling at people. Henry talks about it often when the topic of leaders comes up.
Puyol never yelled at his team mates either. What he did was organize his defense and the midfield ahead of him. Very different than reproaching your team mates the way the way Rio is advocating here
