Getting to better know these Zords in full detail, getting to know that you're making accessories with resin, and the final Lights of Orion bit is the cherry on top of this great video. I do look forward to the Lightspeed Rescue video and hopefully whatever else catches your interest regarding Power Rangers

GREAT video!! The Stratoforce megazord looks great. Loved the surprise at the end. I was looking at the time left during the Centaurus megazord and was wondering what could be next. Your old reviews were the first Power Rangers toy reviews I saw back in the day and toku toy reviews in general are like half the stuff I watch on CZcams nowadays, glad to see you finally review the zords from one of my favorite Power Rangers seasons
In Gingaman, Green's mech is actually called "Gingalcon" soo... it's a Dragon/Falcon thing.
Why the US didn't just call it a fucking dragon is beyond me as another Green Dragon mech would sell like fucking Hot cakes.
Also all the Rangers had some control over a single element ... which does explain a LOT about those transformation sequences doesn't it now. Also the whole thumbs-up thing they did sometimes was for the fucking ROLL CALL!
GingaRed: Fire /// GingaGreen: Wind /// GingaBlue: Water /// GingaYellow: Lightning /// GingaPink: Nature /// Black Knight 2: Fire (He's the older brother of Red after all)
Also Black Knight's transformation is HANDS-DOWN much more badass in the Sentai... motherfucker just straight up pulls a HE-MAN!
I expected to love the Magna Defender, but both voice actors didn't do anything for me.
I'm planning to watch Gingaman sometime in the future so I'm looking forward to seeing how he was originally.
@@JTMitchell87 gingaman is an okayish sentai with factions like bikers, samurai, magicians and Vikings motifs to revive the ship and focuses on the nature aspect. You can watch jetman to hurricaneger (ninja storm) on shout.
Mikes magna defender transformation is very similar the only differences being he throws the sword and uses the morpher between throwing and catching. The morph is the same except mike is there instead of the Japanese actor

SO THEY HAD THE DAIRANGER SUITS for season 2... WHY DIDN'T THEY USE THEM!!!!!!!!
@@KamenRiderHellhound marketing and brand recognition. The MMPR/Zyuranger suits were incredibly recognisable and were the face of the phenomenon that was Power Rangers' early years. They wanted to change robots for more stock footage and sell new toys, but costumes is harder as changing costumes carried the risk of losing that brand recognition. Obviously they eventually did when Power Rangers popularity died down

...Huh, so that blue rocket i had that turned into a foot was from Lost galaxy. Always wondered about it when I was a kid. Didn't have any stickers, but it was fun to fold up the wings and make it a sentient foot.

For the Torozord, you can connect his swords to the chain ends where they connect and he can hold the swords in his hands while riding it. I don't remember seeing it happen but it's a cool pose none the less. :D And I believe you can pull the chains in tighter inside? I had the american version so it was ropes for me but they pull into the cavity to get rid of the slack.
Also, Stratoforce and Astro Megazord were my absolute favorite two megazords growing up. Not because of blue, funny enough, just because I really liked their transformations. My wings you replaced were the first part to break on mine and it ruined the whole toy for me. Strat and Centaurus had the most unique transformations of any megazord I believe. I always wished that the cars from Turbo, Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster would have some how integrated into these to become the galactabeasts. I'm sure my child brain made that happen in some scenario while playing, considering power rangers were all I ever wanted growing up and played with them constantly.

I'm with you JT... I for one am shocked we haven't seen more 3P Power Rangers. Now that the brand is under the less iron fisted Hasbro, I could see it possibly picking up.
Well, in SPD they were able to make a very similar carrier zord that opens up and do actually fit the deluxe zords.
Definitely worth buying

Back then when Super Sentai/Power Rangers robots had interesting mechanics and transformations and weren't just vessels for gimmicks.
I mean, they do still have those first two things.
They've always been vessels to sell toys, my dude. A giant turtle that houses all the other Zords was literally meant to take your money.
@@Nocturne22 Ok, but there is a difference between toys where gimmick is just an addition to main functionality and those that become slaves to a gimmick, making transformation - the main feature, so oversimplified that it's almost non existent.

Glad to see you doing videos again!! I need to get back into my videos again but life gotten in the way. Talking about brittle I gotten a box of stratoforce parts and was able to complete one with all fins attached and have helmet too. If you decide to sell fins for them let me know. Mine does lean forward too. How would you tighten them? Great video as always.
As others have commented (and I forgot myself while making the video) push in the feet to lock the ankles in place. It'll keep that bad boy standing straight up!
JTMitchell87 I found the Orion set that you showed in your video for 100 bucks on eBay. Is that a decent price ?
@@alexanderthegangreviews5141 What's the shipping like? Mine was $42 before shipping ($75 for it and the Torrozord) so it's hard to gauge what a "fair" price for these are. $100 might not be horrible considering there don't seem to be too many of them for sale anymore.

Hey, I love these zords. I just finally got the ones I was missing, all except for the Zenith Carrier. I don't really care much about carriers unless they combine with the others.
I was actually able to get the Japanese versions of everything except the actual Megazord. The Japanese version of Torozord in particular is one I couldn't live without. Those silly ropes are a no-go for me.
To answer your question, the Condor's die-cast chest was in the American release. Also, literally the only difference between the Megazord's toy transformation and the show transformation is the thing with the horns that you mentioned, and the fact that the Gorilla chest halves separate and then slide down in the show, whereas on the toy they can't separate until you have slid them down to become shins. If that makes sense lol. Also the Condor body could just shapeshift into a sword in the show. Obviously the toy can't do that.
Oh, and be careful of the paint on the Condor's chest. It can rub off against the back of the Megazord body in Megazord mode.
