@@wtaenyc no. In my fantasy map, i made an entirely new train line come from the Bronx crossing Rikers Island then through Queens via Woodhaven Blvd providing Queens with a vertical line and then taking over the Rockaway line.

That's similar to my idea for the to Starlight Park-174th Street via Astoria local, the new East Bay Bridge, Manida Street, Southern Boulevard, West Farms Road, & Sheridan Boulevard, while the (W) should terminate at Rikers Island.
