Tears Like Diamonds - The Sword (Clone Hero chart, Expert Guitar & Bass)

A mellow Stoner Metal jam by The Sword, part of a follow-up band themed pack I charted around June 2021. The Sword 02 features three songs from three different albums by the band, spanning a selection of the band's different musical styles from the Heavy Metal early on to the Hard Rock towards the end of their career.

Some people probably prefer The Sword's Doom Metal material from their first two albums to their psychedelic Stoner Metal/Hard Rock from High Country and, to an extent, I agree that their earlier material had some stone cold bangers. However, High Country definitely has some awesome material and this song is a good example. It's a mellow track with some heavy choruses but the song essentially charted itself on 5-fret guitar. It's an easy one to play with some fun soloing but definitely one to check out if you like the band's title track and Hard Rock in general.
