A big problem with both Chelsea and Man Utd is both recruitment teams have prioritised talent over character and in some cases like Mudryk they've not even done that, they were just drawn in by his athleticism

Chelsea are an absolute basket case of a club at the moment, I can't believe their downfall. Todd Bohley & co have done nothing to move Chelsea move forward. What's more worrying than the current form is the future.... Where can they go? They can't afford more signings because of FFP, Poch I don't think is the sole problem, I don't think any any coach could fix what is going on there at the moment.

The players might be individually better, but as a unit, they concede 2-4 goals every game, imagine how many that would be without attackers putting pressure on at the other end. Luton would already be relegated. Without Cole Palmer, Chelsea would be 15th just 9 points above Luton

It goes, Pickford, Gusto, Guehi, Branthwaite, Doughty, Onana, Barkley, Olise, Palmer, Eze, Toney. 2 Chelsea players. Youre a Cole Palmer away from being Palace or Everton. Yes some of those players could come good, but you need to get on youre owner. What hes done to you club is a disgrace and you need to see what this team is. A good team will always beat a bunch of good individuals.

Havertz was wasteful at Chelsea. He was replaced with Palmer. We are good on that front. I think they should have invested in an experienced defender or 2. Also the medical department needs a rebuild because a lot of excellent players haven't played or been in and out all season like Nkunku, Reece, Forfana, Lavia, Chilwell, Colwill etc

Chelsea’s injury issue are actually the main issue and no one is noticing it. Our best player James out all year, nkunku a striker who would be a massive upgrade on Jackson out the whole season. Fofana our best cb out all season. Lavia who would upgrade midfield out all season. Gusto and colwill have missed 40% of games too. It’s a joke
I know that Chelsea is one of the most succesful clubs last 20 years and their recipe has worked with constantly changing managers when it's not going good, but I genuinlly think Chelsea needs to find a manager and at least stick with him for 2-3 years, wether that's Pochetino or someone else. Nothing is impossible, but I cant see a new manager coming in and instantly hitting success, this will take some time. As an Arsenal supporter I do not think Pochettino is an elite manager, but whoever comes in after, they need to give him more than one season.

The funny thing is that Newcastle is only 3 points ahead of Chelsea and Chelsea have a game in hand so in theory Chelsea could overtake Newcastle by the end of the season. The funny thing is Newcastle also got destroyed by Arsenal, Newcastle somehow gets a pass because they managed to cheat their way to a 1-0 win at Arsenal. The reality is that, and the stats are there to prove it, you cant cheat your way to a title.
