29:13 I'm glad Ghana is getting smart and letting CZcamsrs do free advertisement for their stores because some stores say no cameras allowed. Very smart for them to get the free advertisement so long as the CZcamsrs are respectful and not filming customers and not saying negative thing about the stores.

Kinza, we have the same taste. We want quality, no laminates cupboards, or dressers, I love mosaic tiles also in kitchen and bathroom (a mixture with solid and mosaic). I love porcelain tiles, solids on the floors because they can be timeless. When purchasing tiles that are too busy, 5 years from now, you can't find them if tiles start to pop up or one is damaged. I believe in spending good money on my Airbnb because you don't want to be replacing certain items quickly. I liked that security door with lots of bolts for the lock and the weather strip. Girl..... I get excited with the interior decorating and picking everything out, down to the color of the paints, with a focal wall.....Love this video, anything pertaining to house and decorating it, I LOVE. I also love the kitchen options. For the kitchen island, based on space, you can also have the dinning built in with high bar stools. All depends on the space in the kitchen of your Airbnb. For the closet, get the one with the build in mirror. You can always change the handles and use what you like. I really enjoyed this video because I get to see what Ghana has to offer, compared to what we are use to. I need to see you shopping for beds, mattresses, sofas etc. I like comfort, so it would be interesting to see the options in these areas too.

I’m going to do the borehole with the poly tank on top of the building so if there is no electricity the water can still flow.

What are your thoughts on the solar water heater since you have to depend on electricity to keep the tank water hot? I see real nice tiles I haven't seen here. I heard the tiles there are less. That kitchen you like is lovely. You can have your safe built into your wall and hidden like the fridge in the store. Super is funny he saying, cut the bull the place is expensive. 🤣
I have heard that the solar water heaters are not good. They run out of hot water when you are showering.

I don’t have a borehole yet but I will in the near future. I am using a ploy tank for water right now. They don’t use cisterns much here in Ghana 🇬🇭 but you will find a few with cisterns.
