Galactus is one of my favorite Fantastic Four foes. I never thought of him as a villain, in the usual sense. He just does what he does to survive.

@Stonewall Jackson galactus is most definitely not the second most powerful character in all of marvel especially with characters like the the living tribunal, the phoenix force, the void, chaos king, hell thanos with the infinity gauntlet is more powerful than galactus and im not even gonna bring up the beyonder lol

I actually have another fact about Galactus: he was one of the various Super Villains that were a part of the Secret Wars arc that was caused by another cosmic entity, The Beyonder, the heroes actually considered deliberately losing the Secret War just so that Galactus would get his wish from the Beyonder. Galactus wanted his hunger to end and the Beyonder was actually capable of doing just that.
I have the issue of Galactus drinking.... milk.

The Phoenix did not put Galactus into the Cosmic Egg! There is no evidence to support that! The Phoenix had absolutely nothing to do with Galan becoming Galactus. Galan bonded with the Sentience of the Universe(Eternity).
The Phoenix Force was the one who saved The Sentience of the Universe by saving the remaining inhabitants in the Universe(which includes Galen) for the Sentience of the universe to merge with Galen. If it wasn't for the he Phoenix Force Eternity would have ceased to exist. Read...... It's everywhere

What if the same Big Bang that created Galactus, also created another like himself? If the Earth X continuity holds true to the main 616 that he is to keep the celestials in check, then it stands to reason that he could eventually run out of planets to devour. So it stands to reason that there should --or rather-- would have another like himself that uses the Power Cosmic to create planets to eventually be devoured.
Jamaal Dawkins you actually make a very good point, though Galactus probably leaves behind small amounts of the Power Cosmic where ever he goes which would eventually make a new planet.
The universe is constantly expanding period the fact that he's been around since the beginning which is billions of years and has it bring out a planet yet just shows that the expansion of the universe keeps up with his appetite.
And if you go to earth x the celestials are alive and they continuously planting seed in planets period so therefore he shouldn't run out of planets
