He and Cassie bonded and had a good (blessedly platonic) relationship/friendship going. Right up until Clayface was mind-controlled or something (not sure) and Kate shot him dead-ish. Cass loses her crap, and rips the Bat thingy off Kate’s chest in an utter meltdown. Bruce wasn’t tickled, either. Silver lining? Jason’s not the metaphorical red-headed stepchild anymore (even though he still kinda is)
