Sorry for this non-related question....Where did you get that blue t handle tool you used to take off the battery terminals? I have one but I don't know where it came from, and I want to get another. It's great for my tool pack, not offset like the KTM tool kit t handle.
2023 KTM 300 XC - Minimum battery charging on the Earth X 5G Battery is 12.8v. Available wattage output available is 44 watts. GPS 4 w / H4 Led headlight 12 w / Grip Heaters 40W = 56 watts. This drained battery to 12.7. I shut off the headlight (12w) and the voltage went back up to 13.2 volts. Trail tech striker for voltage monitoring.

I don’t understand why KTM doesn’t just use the same stator, harness as the xcw & put the light on the xc’s. If guys don’t want the light then they can just remove it!

does the standard harness have the running light + stop light for the tail light? Trying to get the Headlight and tail light (running + stop light). Can i add a pressure switch with this option?

It’s an old ktm tool I’ve had for years.

Can’t pull more than 32 watts out of the system. That why we offer the kits we do.

No it will not. Certain components will but it’s all new wiring on the 23 bikes.

Might have to swap connectors.....
Looking at it you would have to swap stator, flywheel, and rectifier. That will only work if it will fit on the crank.

Agree. They stopped when they went fuel injection. The carb XC had headlight and tail light plugs but no lights.

Where would you connect a fan on the basic harness? Have you tired fitting the Tusk fan to the xc yet? Thanks!
To the auxiliary power connectors on our harness. I haven’t yet. Should be here today or tomorrow and then I’ll make a video showing install.

You can use a bracket and install a newer style fender and add the 2017+ light. We have all that stuff in stock. 360-972-4355

Really depends on the headlight and fan. I will end up running a Baja Designs S1 in MotoMinded mount and a Tusk fan for the lowest draw possible.

No it is not able to control it from the ECU.
Have you tried the tusk fan on the xc? I’ve been told it won’t clear the tank… bummed if so
Where do we connect cev switch? Does this video work for xcf 250 2023 and I also got black 3d print stick what is that for?

It connects to the front headlight adapter harness. There is a wiring guide link on our website. If your still having issues call me tomorrow.
Technical question. Is this power directly from the battery? So if you leave your light on after you shut your bike off, it will drain your battery?
It is controlled by a relay. So it shuts off 20 seconds after the bike shuts down.
