Working on a 2015 gl450, sunroof would not close or move at all. Found 20 amp fuse blown. According to pro demands wiring diagram it’s a 30 amp fuse that needs to be installed. So I replaced it with a 30 amp. Everything worked fine after replacing the fuse but today it’s not working again. I used a scan tool to control the blind and sunroof but only the blind works with the scan tool. I believe the use the same fuse. So the fuse should still be ok. I have a code for calibration in the sunroof module but it won’t move at all. Did the 30 amp fuse take out the sunroof motor?
Hi, I have the same calibration code in my CLA250 but mine happened after a battery replacement, sunroof won’t move but sunshade works fine, and just like yours sunshade works using scan tool but the sunroof still won’t move at all. Any chance you figured out what happened to that gl450? I believe my situation might be the same. Thank you.
I have an autel, when I go into control unit, upper control, i don't have the option for the relearn procedure. I've went into every option I can think of and can not find it. The s550 I am working on is a 2010 if that makes a difference.
Hey man, I am having the same issue and can't reset without the scanner.. do you know by any chance a cheaper scanner for resetting/relearn the sunroof?
Rami Qumri I know there’s other cheaper scanners out there, I think there’s a $450 autel that I think will work but can’t tell you for sure since I’ve never used it. You can email autel support and they can inform you if the cheaper scanner will do this function. Good luck
There’s a procedure you can do where you activate every position on the sunroof and hold for about 10 seconds every time. It varies by model and is kind of tricky. You can try google-ing it. I myself have never tried it since I own the scanner.
Haha, my bad I will try to be more still next time. If you don’t have the scanner there is a procedure specific to each model where you hold the button in every position for a few seconds and should reset it. However I have tried it and can never get it to work. The scanner method works every time.

How bout the shaders? Mines open and close but the shaders or curtains don't?
