Hey der I would like to know in the weeks my baby of a year and 11months old had constipation which lasted almost two day he struggled then that was over he had a fever jst one nite his after that his mood started changing he ate less n jst wanted breast milk everytime he farts like he had stooled but nothing came out he have stomach cramps and is not vomiting can this also be gastro
