Formerly an old container dock, "Sørenga" has been transformed into a brand new neighborhood by the "Oslo fjord". The area consists of residential complexes with exciting architectural details.
"Bjørvika" is a neighborhood in the Sentrum borough of Oslo, Norway. The area is an inlet in the inner Oslofjord. This revitalized port district is known for its strikingly contemporary architecture, including "Oslo Opera House" _ the home of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet, and the national opera house in Norway _ and the "Barcode" _ a collection of futuristic office and residential buildings. Across the street and towards the fjord, lies the new "Munch Museum" _ an art museum dedicated to the life and works of the Norwegian artist "Edvard Munch" and the new building was opened in 2021.
