This kind of music should pass on the radio
yes it should..but would be immediately focused on the religious aspect of it..... and everyone would shout at the person who programmed it
Love the music, but I'd be very scared if I heard this while setting on the radio.
lovely. i could listen to hildegard's music for hours
Sharon Pinkosh me too ..totally love everything about this wonderful super woman

No problem, just set a timer ;😜
Can and do :-)
- And I do. Mostly to fall off to sleep with. There is very little as good.
Questa sera mi voglio addormentare così oh PADRE,💜🙏🌹🕊🙌🌞

This majestic and solemn chorus invigorates the human spirit
Above all, a saint and Doctor of the Holy Catholic Church.
Pura serenidad.
Pure serenity.
Thanks for sharing the voice of the angels!
Have found my bliss & peace .makes me feel normal 😊
indeed. the final 30mins, my God, so sublime.
That which we do not fully know, cannot fully see, almost sense, is presented so abundantly and in sublime praise. The sand and stars exult and join in the choir.
Gabrael StClair thank you, most of this world is unseen, a mystery in every sense. What is a bird, a tree? Have we forgotten how to listen?
How to see and feel? Billy

@paul w don't be mean. Let people have their illusions.
to @paul w There's one in every crowd. You need to get out more.
@paul w Dunno for certain. Maybe up for air. Angry man.
St Cecilia’s Abbey Benedictine nuns here on CZcams have a beautiful version of this. I didn’t realize until now that it was a Hildegard piece.
I'm just enjoying the music.
Maravilloso.
Divine - St. Hildegard - was für eine Frau -Deo Gratia🙏
I listen to this to pray de holy rosary :)
Amen
paul w what we do with those rosary bead is between God and the person praying not you and the person praying the rosary and God stay out of our prayers Paul
I always pray my rosary with the music of St. Hildegard. I think she composed her music for prayer. Nice to know others do the same.
@paul w "thats stupid, worshipping a string of beads with no inherent spiritual meaning or power lol"
An abacus is being worshiped when in use???
Bendiciones

HERMOSA MUSICA 😊
This is beautiful. I will be re-listening to this.
The Best! Magnífico!
The Hortus Deliciarum was a compendium of 12th century knowledge compiled by Herrad of Landsberg, a French nun. It is one of the first known sources of polyphony in song. The songs presented here are reconstructed from that text, not by Hildegard von Bingen.
Thanks. I imagined that many songs attributed to St. Hildegard of Bingen on CZcams videos are not from her actually. She wrote many songs, but since they're very ancient, it's necessary accurate researches.
20. Alleluia - In Maria benignitas (Graduel de Pairis) / Alleluia - O virga mediatrix (Hildegard von Bingen) Only one is attributed to Hildegard von Bingen.
Thank you for your wonderful insight didn’t think it was her beautiful style or her best work.
Why does it have her name on the album title? I'm a little confused.
@@carolinej.933 -To sell it? Only 1 is hers, but her name makes people stop, look listen and possibly purchase?
My favorites :)

I've listened to some of Von Bingen's other music but this is something else. Sublime
bonjoure es ce tu cone sora e dooms

Wow, look at all these languages in the comments! Every one loves Hildegard.
..duh..
What language be that, Sir Robert?
Si, senor.
Her music hopefully brings people together.
David Collins music is a universal language, which communicates directly to our soul and heart, especially Sacred Chants by such Saint as Hildegard :)
Now, _this_ is refreshing!
Dziękuję za piękny przekład
And all of a sudden ... I entered Paradise.
Hildegard von Bingen is the greatest gothic composer
michael, hildegard was the first and only composer, in her time, to ever write music.
Maravillosa música.
Simply beautiful🙏🙏
Quelle femme admirable!
Cuanta Belleza!
