Her voice just adds a certain depth, girth to the already raw landscape of this banger of a track. Adore how some effects were manipulated on and around the vocals, as well. Dude knows his shit😆
til today this and the album instrumental is my absolute favorite from jon hopkins, because they communicate emotions like no other, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing imo

Gotta say, I much prefer the instrumental version. Great voice and combo, but, not my style personally, and the track alone is awesome.
Nothing against the great vocalist, but yeah I'm really anti changing original tracks too much, they have a sublime minimal quality to them that doesn't need an expressive voice.

just a loser. this was the first version of the track I ever heard. once I heard the full version sans vocals, I never looked back, until now. This version is pretty bad-ass. track pace is faster and her voice is elegant. Winner with both, or all 3 iterations I have heard
