Helpful 3D Printed Drawer Slide Notching Jig

  • This video highlights a useful jig I 3D printed on my Ultimaker for drilling the holes next to the notch for undermount drawer slides. The drawer slides I am using are Home Depot's Everbuilt Soft Close Undermount drawer slides.
    In the next few days I will upload the STLs to Thingiverse and put the link here. Please check back soon.
    Additionally I will include the OpenSCAD files so you can customize the jig to other under mount slides like Blum, etc.

    Maybe if the tab is on both sides you could just use one jig.

      Yes I was initially going to do that but I was concerned that printing it vertically the drill bit hole wouldn’t be supported so it wouldn’t be as accurate. Right now I print it sitting on its side so no support is needed
