Some of those nickels may actually be worth something. They look pretty worn, but they're Buffalo nickels, and could be worth anywhere from 6 cents to hundreds of dollars. More likely they're the worthless ones, but still neat to have!

One was a buffalo nickel however even tho its old its not worth a lot. However some might be silver. I worked retail for a while and I could always tell when a silver coin dropped into the drawer. It's a slightly duller "ching" when it hits the other coins. I've got a few silver quarters from that job.
@@DaxianPreston Value depends on date, mint, and condition. They'll need to look it up to get a ballpark estimate. Looked to me to be about fair or poor condition, so yeah probably a dollar or less. But if it's a rare one it could be worth several tens of dollars.
Check the other nickels while you're at it too (Jefferson with Monticello on the back). Some of those are valuable, especially the WWII era ones. And because they're nothing which easily distinguishes an old nickel from a new one (like silver dimes and quarters), I've found a larger number of rare nickels than any other coin.

I don't know the current value of nickle, but for sure, a few months ago, United States' 5cent Nickles, were worth more than their face value, in weight of the metal they are made from.

It seems they're on the eastern part of the U.S, the bug was a red footed leaf bug, a popular garden pest that is basically like a fruit mosquito. It has a proboscis that it uses to eat different fruit. Commonly also called a stink bug for obvious reasons.
