  • I apologize for the poor quality/editing. I'm working on trying to figure out what to do about making that better. Might try to find an actual camera instead of my phone and see what I can find for a decent editing software. Hopefully these will get better as time allows and I get things all figured out. If you have suggestions on affordable and reputable cameras or editing software let me know!
Picking up a Kubota UTV in Ohio after dropping off the Corvair from episode 1 that was 3 hours North back in Michigan. After picking it up it had to travel all the way back down to the dealer in Flint, Texas where it came from roughly 1,100 miles South/Southwest of the pickup location. After getting it safely delivered to Texas I was unable to find a load back home that could be picked up that day and delivered by next day and had to travel home empty.

This is kinda funny and cool you're doing this illegal and on a budget. Where are you sleeping at?

Are you making any money at all? Seems like you would be negative going to texas for under $1 take home and deadheading back. I'm subscribed and ready for the adventures haha.

Motofarm mx I’m getting there. It doesn’t leave much profit, at least right now, but I’ll get there. It just takes time. My biggest problem is I need to figure out all the legal stuff behind forming an LLC and then getting an accountant so I can make sure everything gets paid correctly from there. For now I’m just happy I get to do something I really enjoy and work my own hours. It’s actually the happiest I’ve been while “working” so far. My other side job at home working for a local company plowing snow is the only other job I’ve ever enjoyed this much. I haven’t done tons of loads yet and I stick to smaller things to keep it like I’m hauling my own stuff until I get all the stuff I need. If I had the money I’d get it all set in place already, but I never came from a family with money so it’s hard. Plus when I was 18 I got a few credit cards over time and ended up racking them up from not just working a job that paid what I needed, so the balance on those prevents me from qualifying for loans right now too. I still pay taxes, it’s just hard to figure out exactly. So I keep track of what I pay myself compared to what I spend. I’m hoping I won’t get too many people that start bashing me about it though because I am trying to get to the point where I have what I need to be officially legal (DOT# etc). And generally I sleep in the truck. Not the most comfortable but it works and then I have a better chance at keeping my tools and load safe from theft

Motofarm mx Also I generally don’t go home empty, that was the first time I had to as I needed to get home to get some things taken care of and the few loads I found even if I went cheap just to cover fuel home weren’t ready to go yet and I didn’t have time to wait really. Typically I have it planned out much better than that too

@@lawnboy81SMS I hear you there's a lit of channels that tell you what all you need to be legal.

I’ve seen done tons more research as well as checked out a lot of the other channels. I finally found a good source to use to get the paperwork officially started and at a reasonable price so as of earlier this week I was finally able to afford getting the process started so I can get everything I need. Unfortunately I had to opt for the standard waiting period and not the expedited filing process as the expedited process would’ve cost around another $500 I believe it was. But it feels good to know that now I’ve got the right paperwork filed so I can get everything I need once the state does their thing. I was told it may take up to 30 days to complete the process though.
