And yes it still works and always will - People do it with the sansha invasions (or whatever they are called) - where a bunch of tough npc's spawn on a gate. Put several bubbles around the gate to trap incoming players, and a MTU in the middle. The player gets killed by the NPC, and your MTU drags the wreck into the bubble and loots it.
Barghest blueprint from the second belt today. Unfortunately, the bpcs are selling for 100kk nowadays. But at the moment I was showing that method to a three-day old newbro player, and he was truly amazed. You are totally a chad. People usually don't even bother to show their maxed out skills and just say "yea dude alpha can do it". No. Alphas can't do what you goofy vets do. If you claim something that is alpha friendly, you should do it in an alpha account showing skills. Well I went to a 0.1 sector. Nothing!💩... In 0.3 best drop 3 mill 1 item in 0.1 3 mill a cargo of ore that I couldn't pick up. I've been trying it but instead of the ping bookmark, I bounce between the belts at 100, and if I see a suitable wreck, I bookmark the wreck, and the next time I head for that belt, I go to the wreck BM, and grab & run Lost a couple of shuttles getting it right though
This is great! Didn't think of that although I was looting in a shuttle in some of those systems in highsec last year. To use a covert ops ship to loot one needs positive standings with the Triglavians though, close to a wreck the cloak doesn't work and the sentries have only 2 sec lock time. And thank you for the 'ping' bookmark idea, didn't think of that either.
@@EVEILOnline You are right, I just visited some of the Trig minor victory systems in lowsec and the lock time is at least 5 seconds now. The Trig sentries start to target at the same time as the other rats in the belt. They still punch pretty hard, but at least they can't kill an interceptor with one shot, a shuttle they could.

Not even a full week on a new alpha account, and I have over 30M in loot and two Orthrus BP and a Mid-grade Nirvana Gamma BP! I have moved from a shuttle to a Magnate explorer fit for cargo space though.
@@thecomposerchanginggames5250 kill one rogue drone NPC in Pochven. It requires t1-frigate with a cheap fit and 10 minutes of your time. One kill brings you both the Triglavian and Edencom standing.

it's basicly NPC's fighting each other, I'm sure CCP intends to allow these kind of mechanic; I've made nice ISK salvaging Edencom and Trig wrecks when they fought each other within the last chapter of the Trig invasion
I have do this but I do it in Pochven. It's quite tricky because of there is a lot of hostiles but if you run in to Zorya's wreck you know hit a jackpot. Tips : use D-scan to check is there any wrecks by change it to general catagory, it doesn't tell you that wrecks is already loot yet or not being loot but it safer because you can know a loction by don't have to warp yourself in and it can also tell you how clear is the site you gonna warp in.

The problem with this method that I found is that there are other people doing the same thing and most of the time when you visit the asteroid belt all the ships there will be already destroyed and looted
update August 2024: this does not work anymore because apparently CCP changed the way minor victory systems work. No disintegrators spawned in any of the asteroid belts I warped to in multiple systems. The patch notes only said "Disintegrators will no longer spawn at Stargates Stations and upwell structures"
It still works, i was speaking to someone on my discord who was doing this just yesterday. The issue is that players frequently destroy the sentries, so you'll struggle to find a system with them still in tact

@@agfsdgjsdj They are at every belt (providing nobody has destroyed them yet), but their respawn time is very long. I'm not sure exactly how long but its not something you can just wait around for. I don't know of an easy method to tell if they're still there other than going and having a look
Is there a spawn timer? Like are you jumping back a forth from the asteroid belts to spawn rats or do you need to go to a different system after a certain period of time?
sorry last question, how likely is it to come across those high value loot? when you said you made a few hundred mil in two days do you mean you looted wrecks for most of the hours of the day for the past two days and only made that much. Ive been trying this out for the last few hours and havent come across any of the good loot so far
I ran the belts whenever I had 10 minutes free, so like 10 times a day maybe. Keep in mind when I was doing it there was much less competition too, so it is probably harder now

I don't know about any of you but I tried this for three straight days and I'm had very limited success. I worked a 0.2 and a 0.3 in minor Victory system. In the process I did find some nice equipment loot but all total over the course of the three days probably only made about eight million ISK. I saw plenty of towers which led to the destruction of quite a few of the local Pirates. My best successes came after the server reset. I found a few of the Clone Soldier types but those drops were small. I did see that CCP has introduced some new drops and "new" pirate haulers including huge drops of tritanium as loot.
I am still wondering why the turrents aren't shooting the clone soldier transport in my game. Does anyone have an idea why they aren't aggressive against the transport?

I believe that lower security just makes the bigger rare spawns (like battleships) more likely over the smaller spawns (destroyers/frigates). It doesn't make them more likely to spawn in the first place, if that makes sense
i think the only thing it really effects is the clone soldier spawns, the lower the sec the better the spawn. in our .4 system we would get 2-3 barghest a day if we kept the belt clean.

(that is old info so don't know if it still works like that) buy ya cycling the belts is the best bet for Mordu.

Hi, and thanks for the video! I've been trying this and I don't quite get what you do when you find a wreck on a belt that still has sentry guns on it. I note the belt; warp to safe spot, warp back to belt @ 0m and create a bookmark, warp out and warp back again - but the wreck is still too far from my shuttle and by the time I motor in, I'm being shot at. I'm missing some detail - and a few shuttles :-) so any extra help would be great, thank you!
Hey man, so when you warp back to the belt, you should click "submit" to save the bookmark while you're still in warp just as the grid loads. This should give you a bookmark over 150km away from the landing spot, so you can warp to the bookmark you just created and still see the wreck. Then when you're at the bookmark, you can warp directly to the wreck. Does that help? An alternative method would be to right click the wreck, and save location, warp off and just warp straight to the wreck. But you'd have to be quick
u should make one bookmark that is a few hundred kilometers away from the belt. this works by creating the bookmark in the exact second as you come out of warp into the belt OR as you go into warp when warping to the save spot. after wapring to the save you dont warp to the best at 0, you warp to this new point you created that must be over 150km away from the wreck. that makes it possible to warp to the wreck at 0 (because u can warp to objects at 150km or higher)
@@EVEILOnline Just to add to this… an easy way to time creating the bookmark is to watch your distance to destination, and hit save when it’s about < 5.000 km. It’s more reliable than saving when grid objects load, since load times will vary a lot depending on what’s actually on grid (grids with loads of collidables, effects, ships, etc. will load slower).
the guns shoot at pirates, because trigs hate everyone, so they will shoot at anyone including npcs. they do all the work, your mtu is scooping the work.
I'm not the best at pvp, the gameplay I enjoy most is non-consensual pvp, where the odds are heavily stacked in my favour. I'll see what I can come up with though :). I don't fly T3C, so can't help you there

Anyways, exploration skills is like 2 days of training, look alpha bob in youtube he got guides on exploration, and super cheap fittings, 2million and 9 million... You just go nullsec with filament and you can get easily 100 million in 1-2 hours
So, i tried the way of improving one of my alpha toons trig standing first. Went to pochven, found a droe site, killed 3 drones, and 10 minutes later the Trigs weren't hstile any more. Used a "glorification" filament to get back to normal space, ended up in Sotrenzur. Trig minor victory, minmatar lowsec, 0.3 sec status. Seemed perfect to try looting. Warped from one belt to the other, watched angel cartel rats get blapped by entropic disintegrators, including a "General" battleship. After one hour i had picked up 7 millions worth of loot, but nothing truly valuable. Is 0.3 still too safe for the "rare spawns" to spawn, or are they simply too rare?
Seems you need to go to either Reitsato 0.2 / Okakuola / Black Rise , like you did, or to Athounon 0.1 / Serthoulde / Placid , as those are the only minor victory systems with below 0.3 sec status.
When the map is open, at the top of your screen will be some map options. To open the map in its own window, click the square icon next to minimize, and select "floating". To select minor victories, select the "colour by" option at the top of the map window, looks like a gear. Then under "NPC Activity" select "Triglavian Minor Victories"
Confirmed still works in 2024 just the system you do it in isn't so rich anymore. but still works

@@Exotic-ps7vi Pretty sure it was a corax with about 5 warp outs. the main thing that allows you to do it is the rats not pointing.

I think the lock time was increased at some point, you can definitely survive more than 2 seconds on grid now

If you have positive Trig standings, you can fly a frigate or dessie to kill and salvage rats faster

Hey glad you're enjoying the channel! The rare spawns can appear in any belt. I think the mordus only spawn in low sec though

npcs actually fighting between each other is a relatively recent update, not older than half a year i think.

I note the belt; warp to safe spot, warp back to belt @ 0m and create a bookmark, warp out and warp back again - but the wreck is still too far from my shuttle and by the time I motor in, I'm being shot at. I'm missing some detail - and a few shuttles :-) so any extra help would be great, thank you!
Hey man, so when you warp back to the belt, you should click "submit" to save the bookmark while you're still in warp just as the grid loads. This should give you a bookmark over 150km away from the landing spot, so you can warp to the bookmark you just created and still see the wreck. Then when you're at the bookmark, you can warp directly to the wreck. Does that help? An alternative method would be to right click the wreck, and save location, warp off and just warp straight to the wreck. But you'd have to be quick
u should make one bookmark that is a few hundred kilometers away from the belt. this works by creating the bookmark in the exact second as you come out of warp into the belt OR as you go into warp when warping to the save spot. after wapring to the save you dont warp to the best at 0, you warp to this new point you created that must be over 150km away from the wreck. that makes it possible to warp to the wreck at 0 (because u can warp to objects at 150km or higher)
@@EVEILOnline Just to add to this… an easy way to time creating the bookmark is to watch your distance to destination, and hit save when it’s about < 5.000 km. It’s more reliable than saving when grid objects load, since load times will vary a lot depending on what’s actually on grid (grids with loads of collidables, effects, ships, etc. will load slower).

Yes, although players have started to destroy the sentries which respawn slowly. You may find less sentries in the belts

Corvettes can't get below 2s as far as I know. You're better off just using a cheap t1 frigate for more cargo

the guns shoot at pirates, because trigs hate everyone, so they will shoot at anyone including npcs.

I enterered a few Triglavian Systems and there where no Towers in the belts, are these towers only in your names System?
There doesn't seem to be much logic around which systems have towers and which don't, you just need to explore and find out for yourself unfortunately

I'm not the best at pvp, the gameplay I enjoy most is non-consensual pvp, where the odds are heavily stacked in my favour. I'll see what I can come up with though :). I don't fly T3C, so can't help you there

Can you make enough ISK fast enough to buy Omega license? I will probably max every skill that I can as Alpha so would like to try for at least one month how it is to play ad Omega
with big enough timeframe sure, but better explore, this is not really worth farming but just checking from time to time
@@onetwo-gt2tr sadly yeah, spent few hours, didn't found anything good in shuttle to carry, found few that are 25m3 but that can't fit inside. Tried with something bigger and git destroyed since I couldn't warp fast enough even with stabilizer. What do you mean explore?

Anyways, exploration skills is like 2 days of training, look alpha bob in youtube he got guides on exploration, and super cheap fittings, 2million and 9 million... You just go nullsec with filament and you can get easily 100 million in 1-2 hours

I've done this but mordu's legion is hard to come by anyway.
So, i tried the way of improving one of my alpha toons trig standing first. Went to pochven, found a droe site, killed 3 drones, and 10 minutes later the Trigs weren't hstile any more. Used a "glorification" filament to get back to normal space, ended up in Sotrenzur. Trig minor victory, minmatar lowsec, 0.3 sec status. Seemed perfect to try looting. Warped from one belt to the other, watched angel cartel rats get blapped by entropic disintegrators, including a "General" battleship. After one hour i had picked up 7 millions worth of loot, but nothing truly valuable. Is 0.3 still too safe for the "rare spawns" to spawn, or are they simply too rare?
Seems you need to go to either Reitsato 0.2 / Okakuola / Black Rise , like you did, or to Athounon 0.1 / Serthoulde / Placid , as those are the only minor victory systems with below 0.3 sec status.
Should i check the blue wrecks? Im assuming not because they say they've been checked

Yeah works if you're cloaked, but any wrecks etc will decloak you

How do I open the map in its own window and how do I select the minor victories
When the map is open, at the top of your screen will be some map options. To open the map in its own window, click the square icon next to minimize, and select "floating".
To select minor victories, select the "colour by" option at the top of the map window, looks like a gear. Then under "NPC Activity" select "Triglavian Minor Victories"
