Never been a massive fan of mayas content apart from the animal sanctuary stuff but damn thats so nice of her to support you like that. Definately a fan of hers now 👍
You've figured this streaming stuff out very quickly so far. I can see 100% you turning this into a successful gig much faster than it normally takes. You have like all of the infinity stones of successful Twitch growth already. Successful CZcams, Twitch connections, collab potential, fresh new content that livestreaming audiences haven't seen much of, viral potential for LSF clips etc., a creative vision with new ideas for every stream, you've just got so much going for you!
A Ludwig collab could potentially go absolutely huge for you. I don't know if the Ludwig vs. Maya "beef" makes it hard to do right now? Maybe capitalize on it and do Ludwig vs. Maya kickflip stream? No idea if that would actually be good. But regardless that is the #1 collab I would recommend to you, it just makes way too much sense and puts you in the sphere of a number of other creators who I could see being interested in collabs as well.
Edit: I'm thinking maybe Maya vs Ludwig doesn't have to be in person if that makes it easier? You are in person with Maya and Ludwig is in person with his crew?? IDK I am spitballing ideas partially because I think that would be a fun stream to watch LOL

I've started skating 2 years ago and kind of gave up after a few weeks because I didn't really make any progress. You guys just randomly popped up on my feed and you gave me the motivation to pick it up again and I landed my first kickflip a few days ago. So I'm really grateful for everything you're doing ✌

Just remember that, like most things in life, it's about putting in the reps and that you really learn while you're sleeping.
So if you do a little bit every day and stick to it, you'll eventually get good no matter what :)

Watching this journey has been amazing. I've watched every vod of Ricks time with Maya. As a 31 year old with a heart condition, I've been inspired to pick up my board and relearn everything from my teenage years and I really fallen back in love with it all so thanks to you both, hope to see more collabs in the future.

You should show her Steve-os backyard ramp w/ the rings hanging in the middle.... It's basically just like gymnastics rings but they're used to keep yourself from slamming when you fall. I bet she could hang some in her garage or something to practice and keep her from getting hurt in the very beginning.... IDK what his ramp looks like in Tennessee but the California one had the rings but I'm guessing he'll be reinstalling them on the new setup. Good Luck Maya.... 😁👍❤️

Seeing those shuv-its reminded me when I first tried learning them. Was so much repetition until I landed it then to land it again I went for another just for my trucks to break 😂... Yeah I had a Walmart board and learned a trick to death I guess.. Now I have to relearn it but with a proper board

I honestly hope you get to meet that girl that was on the back. She seemed way more interested on improving than Maya. I assume she would totally help you make much more original content, you could coach her. Or find someone like her since Maya, in a way, is already popular, she even mentions that skateboarding was something not that important, you can clearly see the way she speaks about it in the future.
The thing is she has already a successful career, and skateboarding is something she is doing casually for her stream, the other girl instead was notably way more interested on skateboarding, she would even talk to you in a different way, as she would feel honest admiration towards you. Just like Jenise, she seemed to be way more interested on whatever you got to talk to her. Maya on the other hand was there having fun casually on here stream.
I skate cause it is fun and I also look to improve, for Maya it is fine if that does not happen, from what I can see. Seen that playing Dota 2 online, there is people who want to improve while having fun and people only having "fun", and they get mad, when you are not into their fun.
I feel like if the other girl in the back had got that skateboard, her reaction would have been totally different, maybe encouraged her to become better. I think she even asked for a selfie with you at a moment during the stream.
I bet, if she would help you, you both could make a cool series about skateboarding coaching.
I was also expecting Jenise to get into the new Braille era, Aaron asked just that, for people to take skateboarding made simple and send him videos, so that eventually they become coaches so to say. It was a long very interesting video on Braille.
I hope to see Jenise getting into it, on her channel, maybe you can promote her from time to time, but she is already popular during your streams, Jenise is not the best skater but she's got that what is needed, I mean she is a good snowboarder and she can also skate on ice.
Working with Lud after Maya gets the kickflip is a no brainer.
would be cool if skating with xqc was possible, since xqc used to skate and he also did some skate streams before. hes quite a big streamer though so might not be possible.

Skateboarding on twitch makes so much sense, I dont know if its a developed niche yet. But really the trial and error aspect of learning a new trick is really just IRL speedrunning, I bet the twitch community eats that up

Anybody learning to skate. Just work the basics. I have been skating for 3 years and i still cant kickflip. I only landed one in my life but slipped out due to being unbalanced. But get used to skating around, go to a skatepark if you have options and learn the basics. Skate fast if you want to. Sometimes if you go up ramps really fast you can get some air time.
