I don’t think you can say or judge that. Fury is extremely high level...in his mind. Boxing is a thinking mans game. And his a serious competitor. Trust me Fury cares about his legacy and will in on this fight.

his straight lines , but from those lines , he gives great hooks ,uppercuts , ...can keep at range ...or fight inside ..can cut the ring ....
he has all the tools needed...but not the spectacular style as fury....its a mistake to write him off with fury ...but its equally true ....fury is smart and with great heart ....i really cant pick ....maybe it will come down to the night ?

Styles make fights and if you take away Furys wins over Wilder (who was made for him) who would you pick? Believe Furys stock has rightly gone up from the Wilder fight but in my opinion way too much.

@@TheMichaelseymour yeah it’s a tough one Michael. At the end of the day Fury is a horse that’s never been beaten and it’s hard to know just how good he can be if needed. I fancy AJ to have too much consistent power for him though, Fury has hit the deck a number of times and AJ is a finisher. Don’t believe Fury has one punch ok power either.

First time I've heard him say he wasn't well in the first Ruiz fight. We all knew it, but AJ would never allow an excuse at the time. The fight shouldn't have happened.
You can tell when he's not right, people thought it's an excuse, when it all came out. He's not someone who makes excuses unlike these other so called boxers when they lose. He got his belts back in style and defended them in style too.

@@booey28 Maybe, he still chose to get into the ring. Yet many people are dependent on him, my guess is that he acted on their behalf. Hence the anger of AJ's father. But yeah, just speculation.
Not sure I buy it tho. He was clearly more cautious than normal in the second Ruiz fight. Even if he was well, he'd most likely have lost with his first fight approach.
@@oreo9977 I think in the 2nd fight it's a different ball game though. He'd already lost to Ruiz once, he knew he absolutely could not lose the 2nd fight, he wouldn't have had a rematch for a 3rd fight. By fighting cautiously against Ruiz on the outside and keep moving left and right then it's almost impossible for him to lose. But in the first fight he could afford to be aggressive and take the 1% chance of getting caught. But if he wasn't 100% right then it was a lot higher than 1% chance

AJ has showed he can fight in a different style. Fury showed he can fight in a different style. If this fight takes place in 2022-2023 its criminal. We want the fight this year.

AJ got an underrated chin. Been dropped but never been out cold in the ring even Fury can't say that. Looked amazing against pulev to be fair barely got hit just systemically broke him down and lord him
Against Ruiz the first fight he knew he would have got knocked out cold thats why he gave up saved himself the imbarassment, if he would have carried on Ruiz would have demolished him.

💯% Fury hasn’t beaten anyone of note. His fights are always slow paced. When wallen put the pace up fury got busted up. AJ will drown Fury and the tire him out not the other way round

AJ has matured and improved so much as a Boxer.
One constructive I have is that AJ does rabbit ears when he takes a punch, instead of guarding his face with forearms and temples with his gloves, his wrists are on his temples and his gloves are above his head like bunny ears which leaves his chin exposed. He should practice headmovement while under pressure and get his guard right. Big respect to him though great interview and hope he beats Fury.

This is why I love AJ. He’s been developing the third eye for insights hidden behind the senses. Stop watching and refused to spk about boxing for a month when AJ lost.
