- “It’s fine to fail, but don’t get disheartened. Build, go again.” So says boxer Anthony Joshua, who sat down for some friendly verbal sparring with supermodel Jourdan Dunn in the midst of preparing for his now (controversially) cancelled fight with Tyson Fury. “That marathon mindset is what’s got me through my boxing days and that’s what I’m still using as motivation now,” he says. That and the motivational speeches he tells Dunn he listens to on CZcams before getting in the ring. @@jugjitsharma4938 No, he's not racist. His maternal grandmother is white for God's Sake, and his trainer is white, his promoter is white and half of his entourage is white. That speech was completely twisted in the media. In an entire speech, one single line was taken out of context. He made it very clear in the same speech that he was grateful to see the entire Watford community, black, white, Indian etc. coming together in peaceful protest, and he was very critical of the people who were using violence as a means of protest. Plus, it wasn't even his speech. He was simply handed it and asked to read it out because he is the UK's most recognised athlete. He didn't write it.

AJ's interpersonal skills are incredible! So coherent and articulate in his conversation, and naturally pivoting the attention away from himself so as to make Jourdan feel more comfortable and listened to. Every time I listen to Anthony, I just fall more in ore of him! The way he carries himself, he’s recognition of of his position and duties, the humble and not looking down on anyone... this should be common practice for everyone in a high position, but is a rarely personified these days

Very proud of Jourdan and AJ - no cussing, dressing provocativeness - where your black folks can let you down! They both had issues but have found their way - AJ so selfless, not self-centred it's about helping the community - even though so many of them are letting the community down. He has a young head on old shoulders, wise beyond his years. A gorgeous couple inside and out - thank you from the bottom of my heart for representing us proud, please mums, dads, would-be parents, brothers, sisters take heed - put out good messages leave a positive footprint for our young ones 🙏🏾

This is exactly my life as a fitness trainer and people don't get it. We literally use our body for work. So Saturday I sleep all day and Sunday I continue to rest against Monday and the rest of the week.
