Moh Manyu!!💯🇨🇲
My manyu sisterrrrr 😍🥰
This is similar to a soup Akwa ibom people in Nigeria call Atama ( i hope i'm correct) I know its a mix of waterleaf and Okazi ( Igbo word for Eru). I'm Igbo and in my village we have a celebration in December called Okazi day, where everyone cook Okazi soup, we don't add water leaf to ours and the method of cooking is totally different. Its beautiful to see that we have almost the same soups eaten in the West African region.
You’ve really helped me today 🙏🏾❤️…Thank you so much…I realized that many meals we eat here in Cameroon is similar to that eaten in Nigeria . I think another similar meal is “Moi Moi ,Ekwang,Banga soup .
Thank you for sharing your ideas with me , I hope to have you share more of your ideas with me too .
It's Afang not atama. Afang is made with waterleaf and okazi
