    Hi Ron, this tutorial is amazing! Finally, I have an overview about the OD interventions. But I still need example for such an intervention. How would you apply process consultation and organisational confrontation? Thank you!

      Hi Elif, Thank you for your kind words of appreciation. Not sure I completely understand your question. Apply to what? and why do you mention "confrontation" and "consultation" in the same question? These types of questions are better answered on the phone or via zoom because of the essay-like response it likely requires. If you would like to speak live, let me know.

      I will just add...if it is about group to group (or team to team), the focus is on Organization Level Interventions. However, some team interventions can bridge to other teams or groups. Don't want to make this more complicated than it needs to be.       Hi, It sounds like you are doing research. This is not something that is answered simply since Strategic Change interventions vary depending on context and methodology. If you would like to discuss this we can - either by phone or zoom.
