Apply to what? and why do you mention "confrontation" and "consultation" in the same question?       I will just add...if it is about group to group (or team to team), the focus is on Organization Level Interventions. However, some team interventions can bridge to other teams or groups.       Allowing Google edits will corrupt the template. Please download it from Google. It is a Word doc that you can edit to your heart's content when you have a copy of your own.

      That is correct. You can't edit it there - this is to protect the template. You need to download it off of Google Drive, then you can use it. This is what many before you have done.

      Not sure I understand...there is space for 6 but are you asking where to input the names? If so, it is simply a table in a Word doc - you can add rows to the table and add as many names as you wish.
