Its cool they finally did something with what was that wasteland for ages, but it would be sooo much better if there was a simple line of palm trees down the middle of it to provide at least some shade, and no parking is just daft, lol the area was huge and they could have easily fitted adequate parking, overall good news though!
Yes agree missing some palm trees 🌴…there is plenty of parking places ….but definitely missing shaded areas especially picnic areas
