This is our go to market, Lovely couple sell fruit and veg at the end lane, usually spend circa 45 euros which lasts us a week. Best parking is at the Sports centre. Now back in the UK until October (no days left)and the nearest equivalent we can find is Costco which is at least double the price. Orange Tree market is good too but you have to get there early

I’m at start on market standing near cafe

Its ok down the beach end but in the back streets its a dump not a nice city ,better going to guardamar much nicer with outstanding beaches.

What a load of b---s . Torrevieja is a lovely place to live as I have lived here for 18 years. People are friendly.

I was in torrevieja for new year on new years eve I had my chain pulled off from around my neck with my crucifix and st Christopher on. But I will not let it put me of torrevieja it's a fabulous place with lovely beeches.

Hey there mate, already here, arrived yesterday. Nothing wrong with Torrevieja, as you said "cheap as chips". Just don't go to the beach promenade and don't buy any knock off stuff from the guys. Like the new area next to Mercado a with all the foodtrucks, old parking lot I think. Btw great video as always 👍👍👍

Torrievieja isn’t a very nice place at all, I’ve been here a week, I’ve had two valuable items stolen from my hotel room, The attitude of the staff was awful, They where ignorant, Doubt I would live here no matter how cheap it is.

We love Torrevieja..We stayed in the Hotel Madrid in April..Cheap as cheap as chips and good quality. You're doing a great job posting the video's.

Another great video..I have been going to Torrevieja for nearly 4 years now (have my apartment near the Park of Nations )and I agree with the comment you made about the German... its a great place but the downside is the graffiti in the back streets the roads and footpaths are spotless...if the graffiti could get painted over it would be magnificent. Do you know if there are any plans to remove the graffiti. Do you think with the negative comment in the which magazine the Townhall will act on it ??? Enjoy watching your videos 😊

No point in spending all that money on the new harbour area and still tolerating all the graffiti. I really like Torrevieja but the ayuntamiento need to come down hard on the vandalism. I have a place in Quesada but always enjoy a nice evening in some of the lovely restaurants.

I love torrevieja it’s got some lovely restaurants and we used to stay in the Madrid hotel it was great value for money and Minos across the rd had a few drinks in there

You only have to say “no thank you “to the looky looky wiv their Jekyll and Hyde gear. Other vlogs of different places with no looky lookys ~ the people look mute. I think looky lookys gets people opening their gobs , even if its to talk to their neighbours at a table to say what a pain in the arse they are!

Got an apartment not far from where you are walking. Sure the back streets are messy and imho it is still very much a city rather than a big tourist complex. I love it obviously. I admit it's a shame about the graffiti. They paint over it and it's back the next day but that's everywhere. Seen worse in Italy. Lovely tapas restaurants in those back streets. Right this is long enough 😅

The food Choices I find in Torrevieja are amazing ! Much more choice high quality food than a lot of other big cities in Spain

Torrevieja won’t be cheap for long ! It’s the Fastest growing city in Spain, costa blanca is one of the realest places in Spain with still relatively low property prices, affordable - how it should be
