Mine just came in today and can’t wait to install 🥳
I love your video bro, help me a lot.
I had fitment issues with mine which was weird I had to cut the bumper where the fog lights go what did I do wrong!?!?!?!
Mine came with the red water resistant sock. Hydrolock is a possibility here. Of course I don't plan on driving through high standing water.
Yeah a couple weeks after I uploaded this I was driving during the rain when my car started bogging down. My fender liners are partially removed so the wheel throws water onto the filter. I made a plastic guard that i bolted on to protect it so it doesn't happen anymore and now Im more careful in the rain.
What did you do with the map sensor
what can it mean if i forgot to put into 5th and shifting is hard after install
Try removing the fog light and making it an air intake! And make a video about that
Where did you get the windshield res?
Man, that intake is a lot lower than I thought it would be! If the fog light section was open, that would eb a solid way to get air flow compared to underneath the car. (Just thinking about water/bad rain days)
Yeah its almost impossible to drive the car when it rains
@@RoyTheBoy_yt You still got a ghetto setup covering the bottom of the car? I was think ing if you could completely cover the bottom you can't risk water getting in
@@gprime70 yeah i sealed it off using abs plastic
@@RoyTheBoy_yt lowkey had to look that up, seems like a pretty solid solution. Could even possibly mold & make a half shield for the intake
You can get sleeves for your intake on amazon for like $20 and it keeps the water out
Where you get those headlights
Smh how are you not ahead of me in subscribers, ima shout you out when I make a video on installing bolt ons on my base rsx
That would be awesome man
Hey, I just recently got this and I’ve installed it and everything except for the small vacuum hose I can’t seem to find the port and don’t know where it goes if you could please help me out that would be awesome
It goes on the pcv
Thanks a lot bro much love keep up the great content
does it fit on 06 base auto?
Where did you get the windshield reservoir?
It comes with the intake
Whats the name of the air intake system u fixed !?
The one in the video my guy
So it drives better than the short ram, but you don't notice any gains? What are you referring to when you say it "drives better" then?
Like i guess it has more torque. I did a bad job of explaining it
@@RoyTheBoy_yt Oh alright. Got a short ram on now, but been curious about putting on a CAI. I appreciate your videos, man.
Did it throw any check engine lights?
Nah
How much horsepower does the red reservoir add?
Not sure m8 seems like a lot though

Couldn't you have re used that short ram and just angled it like u did w the new one.im shopping around for a CAI and they all look like the short air ram that u just tossed out
Probably not because the mounts and shape are different. Good thinking tho
did u need a tune?
No it runs good
So no kpro
Cut my wheel wells off cause I had an issue turning and the fact I don’t have a fender liner I just don’t drive when it’s raining.
Did you have issues with the short ram beforehand?
Nah i just didn't like it
Just to say it was better removing the battery first before doing the install cause you could fking have anything
Yes
Thanks for not making the video all about you and actually being helpful
